“No matter what you are going through, you don’t have to go through it alone”

Your feelings matter. Your thoughts matter. Everything that is happening to you or worrying you matters. You matter! Sometimes you just feel discomfort or anxiety and don't understand what it's about or you understand what it's about but don't understand exactly how to act, all of this causes anxiety. Or you have obsessive thoughts about a certain person or a situation, and you think about it, you start to sleep badly, it bothers you, and you can't understand why you think about it so much. The hardest part (and what creates anxiety) is always the unknown. When something becomes known, when it is named, it no longer has power over you. I will help you name what is happening to you, see it clearly, and together we will shape a path for what to do next and how to act. I use various self-discovery tools such as Tarot cards, Human Design, the Matrix of Destiny, love cards, natal charts, and more. Through me and these tools, you will be able to hear yourself more clearly, understand your feelings, recognize your reactions to certain events, and see how to move forward. No matter what you are going through, remember: you don’t have to go through it alone. I am here for you.
