My name is Helena. I work with people who want to understand themselves more clearly and make sense of what is happening in their lives. My approach is simple and human. We talk, slow down, and look at the situation with care and attention. I have always been sensitive to people’s moods and to what exists beyond words. Over time, I learned how to combine this awareness with practical tools, such as Tarot and Fate Matrix, but conversation and presence remain the core of my work. During our sessions, we may talk about relationships, emotional fatigue, uncertainty, or moments when direction feels unclear. I do not offer ready made answers or push decisions. Instead, I help you notice what is already inside you and understand your feelings more clearly. Many people share that after our conversations they feel calmer and lighter. Supporting that sense of clarity and inner steadiness is what matters most to me.
