Additionally, response times from psychics are often delayed, and in some cases the chat ends before a response is received. There are also instances where questions are not addressed thoroughly, requiring additional spending to gain clarity. To improve user trust and satisfaction, there should be more meaningful rewards so customers do not feel misled. Furthermore, the app itself is frequently glitchy and difficult to use. During one chat session, I was unable to respond to the psychic’s messages due to technical issues, resulting in a loss of funds for a session I could not actively participate in.
