} I am extremely disappointed with this experience. I joined the chat immediately after receiving a notification that the advisor was online. However, there were repeated long delays with minimal or no meaningful responses while my paid time was running out. I had to top up my balance just to continue, yet the communication remained slow and unproductive. Instead of focusing on my questions, the advisor became unprofessional and brought up personal complaints unrelated to the reading. This felt unfair, as I was charged for time without receiving clear, complete, or respectful answers. As a paying customer, I expect timely responses, professionalism, and value for the money spent. Unfortunately, this experience did not meet those expectations at all. I would appreciate this being reviewed and appropriate action taken
