Nebula is a space for reflection, insight, and personal exploration. Our platform brings together people seeking guidance and advisors offering spiritual perspectives — and that connection works best when it’s grounded in respect, safety, and clear boundaries

Nebula supports interactions that encourage self-reflection, understanding, and personal growth.
This includes:

We welcome feedback and encourage you to share your thoughts with us respectfully and through the appropriate channels.
If you have any concerns about an advisor’s qualifications or performance, we’d love to hear your constructive feedback through our channels. This helps us review concerns thoughtfully and continue improving the experience.

If a conversation involves immediate danger, threats to personal safety, or severe distress, Nebula is not the right place to seek help.
Advisors are not trained to handle emergency or crisis situations. In those moments, reaching out to local emergency services or trusted external support resources can provide the care and protection you deserve.
You can find a list of external safety and support resources here.

When these guidelines aren’t followed, conversations may be paused or ended, and further steps may be taken to protect the platform and its community.
If something feels unsafe or concerning, you can report it. Reports are reviewed and handled with discretion.
Your privacy and trust matter to us. Conversations on Nebula are personal, and we don’t review them as a routine practice.
In limited and clearly defined situations, our team may need to review isolated portions of a conversation between a user and an advisor – only when this is necessary to protect the community, address concerns, or ensure compliance with these guidelines.
This may happen only in the following scenarios:
In all such cases:
Any review is limited to assessing whether platform rules and safety standards were followed. It is not intended to evaluate personal beliefs, opinions, or individual styles of guidance.
In some cases, de-identified patterns identified during the review may help us refine our guidelines and safety standards over time.
If you experience behavior that feels inappropriate or misaligned with these guidelines, you can contact our support team or submit a report.
